Westley is from the small town of Yadkinville North Carolina. He got into shooting through his Forbush high school team. Westley made the 2025 USA Shooting Junior National Team and the 2025 USA Shooting Junior CAT Games Team.
Westley wants to spread God’s word through shooting sports and win a gold medal at the Olympic Games.
